Isabelle founded Flowing Waters Foundation, Inc. in 2020 as a high school student. The nonprofit started with tutoring disadvantaged children abroad through Zoom sessions and gradually expanded to other community services and good causes. Isabelle is now a student at UC Berkeley majoring in EECS.
Hao-En is currently a National Taiwan University student who, back when he was still a high school student, initiated the idea of connecting peer tutors in the Bay Area to disadvantaged children their church in Taiwan supported. In his free time, Hao-En loves badminton, basketball, reading, and research.
Jasmine is a student at American High School in Fremont, CA. She has been teaching English and the American culture to disadvantaged minority group children in rural areas of China.
Isaac is a student at UC Santa Barbara studying computer engineering and theory. He's volunteered for various debate and coding clubs for several years now and always loves a good challenge!
Jack is currently a student at UC Santa Barbara. He has been tutoring neurodiverse students since he was a 9th-grade student at Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. He’s also done many AI research projects and loves coding.
William is a senior at Irvington High School in Fremont, California. He loves teaching coding and has been passionate working with children to build their computer science knowledge. William founded Erudite Computer Science to help students in the local community get a head start in computer science and even competitive programming when most of their schools do not offer such opportunities.
Claire Liao is a student from Basis Independent Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA. She helps with Flowing Waters Foundation's operations and tracks the service hours under adult supervisions and also has a passion for engineering, business, and cats.
